Laundromat FAQ
Our self service laundromat is open from 7:00 am - 11:00 pm. Last wash is at 10:00 pm.
We are a coin store. Our machines start up with quarters, but we have change machines on site.
Yes, we have 60 pound machines that can wash bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Our laundromat is fully attendant so one of our friendly attendants is always on hand to answer questions and offer assistance.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes any time between 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM.
There is a $25 minimum for orders 0-15 pounds.
Your clean clothes will be ready for pickup in 24 hours. Same day service is available for an additional fee and your laundry must be dropped off no later than 4:00 pm.
We offer a selection of detergents to choose from, including: Clorox, Downy, Snuggle, Bounce, Suavitel, and no scent options.
Some options may require an upcharge fee.
No, never. We will never wash your clothes with anyone else's items.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available Monday - Friday.
Your laundry is returned to you in 24 hours, unless you have a Friday pickup. Friday pickups are returned on Monday. You can request same day turnaround but there is limited availability for same day service.
You do not. Just let us know in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Make sure to leave it in a secure location, we are not responsible for stolen laundry.
Simply click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a sturdy trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
We ask for your credit / debit information when you place your order. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is complete.
